The Mix by CYB is the perfect blend of our fitness classes offered at CYB. We begin class with 15 minutes on the bike to focus on the cardiovascular system. We then move to "the barre" to work on micro inch movements to define and work the deeper muscles through resistance training. We finish with a yoga flow to lengthen and stretch your muscles. Suggested Props: Indoor cycle, cycle shoes light hand weights and a mat.
