Grab your water, your sweat towel, and clip in for this classic Beats Cycle class. Our first two tracks are focused on warming up the body preparing you for the first big push in class with rolling hills, sprints and jumps to drive up your heart rate and push your fitness. Recover with a basic arm track that will then take you into the second push where we focus more on gear rather than speed. Finish your ride with a sprint or take a moment to recover before you finish your class with heavy gear plus speed taking your heart rate to the highest number in class. Burn calories, increase endurance and feel accomplished with Stephanie!
