Corlese has a long background in teaching fitness and teaches everything Yoga to Strength Training and Cycle. Corlese has a deep passion for functional strength and endurance training that can be felt in all of her classes. There is no doubt that you will be left feeling sweaty and breathless! While Corlese love all music, you can expect to hear anything that you can dance or sing to but most importantly, have fun working out to! You can find Corlese behind the screen teaching Build, YSculpt, CYB Barre and Beats Cycle, but her favorite classes to teach at CYB is a challenging, fun and well balanced YSculpt Class.
